There is still a heavy police presence, including at the LRT Stations, around Petaling Jaya and Kuala Lumpur.

Some road blocks are still reported to be in place too.

Come along and join in if you can.

- The voice of the people

Meanwhile the BN subservient meek and mild mainstream media are full of misinformation, spin and bullshit.

Look at the Star and NST to see their latest reports for yourselves.

The NST now at last reports about the rally, and says 10,000 people are attending, so based on previous underestimated by the msm, the true number may be higher.

Finally at MYT 14:42:59 (07:42:59 GMT) Sunday 6th July 2008,

The Star acknowledges:

“Crowds swelling at Kelana Jaya stadium

Thousands of protesters, led by several NGOs and Pakatan Rakyat leaders, have thronged the Kelana Jaya stadium here to protest against the fuel hike.

Many of them were wearing red shirts, emblazoned with the word "protest" to voice their dissent.”

At 15:00 the crowd is estimated by the Star, at 15,000 to 20,000 and increasing

NOTE: The Kelana Jaya stadium has a seating capacity of 50,000, reports in the early afternoon, say it was at least half full at noon.

(it has been estimated that the stadium could accommodate up to about 80,000 if open areas were used),

The anonymous comment above is from someone in Hong Kong.

Tens of thousands of Malaysians strongly disagree with his/her comments.

Wealth, greed, usury and self enrichment, and abuse of power by the federal government are some of the reasons this rally has been organised.

If Malaysians were lazy, as 'anon HK' infers, then they would not bother to attend!
