The Intimidation of the Malaysian Public Continues

Vindictive and Unnecessary Police Roadblocks to continue

It has been announced that the Selangor state police will continue to set up roadblocks.

Selangor police chief Khalid Abu Bakar said, according to BERNAMA reports,

this is:-

‘To prevent groups from staging illegal assemblies which could jeopardise public order and security’.

He also reportedly said,

‘The roadblocks were also set up as a crime-prevention measure’.

“There are quarters who are inclined to organise gatherings without a permit. We do not know the harm they can cause at these gatherings”.

“So the roadblocks are necessary to control the situation,”

THAT ALL SOUNDS LIKE BULLSHIT TO ME!

PEOPLE COULD BE FORGIVEN FOR THINKING THAT THIS INTIMIDATION IS YET ANOTHER INDICATION OF MALAYSIA’S CONTINUING DEGENERATION INTO A POLICE STATE, SIMILAR TO PAKISTAN.
