Mohd Saiful Bukhari Azlan came to my house to see me, admits Najib

The following has been compiled from various news reports, including some from Malaysian National News Agency BERNAMA.

Read it with an open mind, and don't forget to read between the lines!

Then come to your own conclusions

At a news conference on 3rd July 2008, Malaysia’s Deputy Prime Minister Najib Razak admitted to having met Mohd Saiful Bukhari Azlan, because the 23 year old wanted to reveal that he had been sodomised by Parti Keadilan Rakyat advisor Anwar Ibrahim.

Najib said that their meeting was the first between them and it took place at his (Najib's) residence several days before Mohd Saiful, who he said appeared to be highly traumatised, had made a police report on the sodomy allegation on Anwar.

"I received his (Saiful's) visit in my capacity as a leader and his as an ordinary citizen who wanted to tell me something. I did not know him before this," Najib told a press conference at his office in Parliament.

Saiful made a police report at the police beat base at the Kuala Lumpur Hospital on 28th June 2008 stating that he had been sodomised by Anwar Ibrahim at a condominium in Damansara on 26th June 2008.

When asked why, Saiful, a former aide to Anwar had come to him regarding the matter, Najib said that he did not know, but assumed that the youth needed his help after he had said that he knew one of his officers.

Najib said Saiful had been to his office to meet one of his officers regarding a scholarship application but he (Najib) had not met Saiful then.

When asked whether he believed that what was said by Saiful had any basis, or otherwise, Najib said initially he was also unsure that what had been said by Mohd Saiful was true or false.

"I wouldn't dare say, I thought he looked genuine because he was afraid. His hands were cold. But I am not brave enough to make a conclusion. I told him to make his own decision," Najib said.

Najib denied that that he had advised Saiful to make a police report.

He said that during their meeting, Saiful had told everything that had happened to him.

Najib also denied allegations that he had conspired against Anwar.

When asked on what was told by Saiful, Najib smiled and said, "Oh, there were many stories, I might tell one day but after the court case."

Najib also said he was ready to give evidence if this was needed, following his exposure.

"Yes, I am ready. But what is there to ask? I merely heard his story. What is more important is the explanation from him, not from me," he said.

When he was asked why he felt that Anwar was using the case to launch this attack against him, Najib said he was unsure.

"I do not know, perhaps he thinks I am behind this boy (Saiful ) but the truth is there is no conspiracy, he came to see me alleging that he had been sodomised by Anwar," Najib said.

Regarding whether, or not, he was willing to subject himself to further investigation on the case, Najib instead of answering, posted a question to the reporter, asking him that to give a good reason why he should be investigated.

"The police have investigated the entire Altantuya case so they know everything," Najib said.

"Since a politician never believes what he says, he is quite surprised to be taken at his word."

His lips are moving."

The problem I have is that the guy can't seem to keep his story straight... between the lines, or otherwise. Plus the question of why this Saiful feller is so special that he can get a home audience with the DPM.

In any case, I've started an opinion poll related to this...

Saiful made police report on Saturday 28 June for sodomy on Thursday 26 June 2008.
Najib says Saiful met him several days before report made. Can 2 days be considered as several days before report?
In the previous case, all sorts of date discrepancies, result - no sodomy - but abuse of power - no relevant frame-up. Can the time frame-up be made in a more professional and reasonable manner this time instead of making a laughing stock.

Having read Bala's SD where he says Najib literally passed Altantuya over to Baginda after he became DPM ("She's into anal sex, wink wink!") I wouldn't want Najib BEHIND me, that's for sure!

Methinks the END is nigh for Mr Pink Lips and his Lady Macbeth.

Walski69, thanks for the comments.

I agree Najib's story is inconsistent, far fetched and unbelievable.
In a word "bullshit".

No one, will believe that Najib's house is 'open to all'
Perhaps a study should be carried out to see how easy it is to enter Najib's office or his residence.
Based on what Najib said at the news conference, Saiful must be really especially close to him.

Your opinion poll will no doubt gauge what the people think about Najib's 'fairy tale'.

Desiderata, thanks for your comments, here is some vice versa!

Najib denies,
Malaysians' sigh

How come they cry,
Najib is so 'pie-in-the-sky'

Pigs may fly
and shit in your eye

But Najib's story one liners,
are bovine craps up much higher

The end is nigh
You can hear the cry

Time for change
We've had enough!!!
