P. Balasubramaniam’s nephew R Kumaresan has lodged a missing persons police report at the Brickfields police station over the disappearance of his uncle, aunt and their children, who have been missing for over 24 hours.
According to reports, DIGP Ismail Omar said that the police (*see below) are now searching for private investigator P. Balasubramaniam who has been missing since Friday 4th July 2008, after his nephew R. Kumaresan lodged a missing person's report on Saturday.
Ismail said the police are eager to contact Balasubramaniam to ‘assist in investigations into the two statutory declarations he made.’
"We have no idea where he is and we appeal to anyone who knows of his whereabouts to contact us and this includes his lawyer who was last seen with him”.
"We will be calling up several people to assist us to locate the private investigator," he said.
(* How active this search is is not known as hundreds if not thousand of police have set up road blocks all over the Klang Valley.)
