Full marks to Benigno Aquino, BRAVO!

Benigno Simeon Cojuangco Aquino III
born February 8, 1960)
also known as Noynoy Aquino or PNoy,
is the fifteenth and the current President of the Philippines.
President Benigno Aquino's stand regarding contraception, as reported by AFP today, 27th September 2010, deserves accolades for his stand against the RC Church in the Philippines.
Please read the news item below.
Unwanted pregnancies should always be prevented
The Roman Catholic Church needs to get real, the priorities need to be adjusted.
In most, if not all ,developing countries with a large RC population, the vast majority of people are very poor, the Philippines is a prime example.
One of the reasons for this poverty is the very large number of children born tnto poor families who are denied access to free family planing education and contraception.
In my humble opinion the governments and the people of all nations should stand up against all archaic, oppressive, demeaning and illogical religious teachings which are detrimental to their prosperity, welfare, good health and well-being.
The Roman Catholic is filthy rich whilst their followers are generally as poor as church mice, how shameful this is!
Especially in poor countries with a high birth rate, more instruction, material and moral encouragement and free, or very cheap, and easily accessible contraception methods are absolutely vital.
"MANILA - THE Philippine government will provide contraceptives to poor couples who request it despite strong opposition from the dominant Roman Catholic church, President Benigno Aquino said on Monday.
Speaking in a satellite television interview from the United States where he is on a seven-day visit, Mr Aquino stressed that the number of children a couple had was a matter of personal choice.
'The government is obligated to inform everybody of their responsibilities and their choices. At the end of the day, government might provide assistance to those who are without means if they want to employ a particular method,' he said.
'I believe the couple will be in the best position to determine what is best for the family, how to space (the births), what methods they can rely on and so forth,' said Mr Aquino at a 'town hall' style meeting with expatriate Filipinos.
'They face the responsibility for the children that they bring in and government is willing to assist them.' Mr Aquino, a 50-year-old bachelor and a practising Catholic, was responding to questions about how he planned to curb population growth in the face of opposition from the church.

Un-Islamic Football Jerseys

KOSMO! a Malaysian tabloid rag popular amongst the Malay Language readers, which is well known for homing in on sensational news, recently carried a report about Muslims who wear football jerseys which display images of crosses, liquor brands and devils.
Johor Religious Council adviser Nooh Gadot reportedly said wearing such jerseys was forbidden in Islam.
“It is as if Muslims are worshipping and exalting the symbols of other religions. Islam does not compromise on this matter, regardless of whether it is worn for fun, fashion or sport,” he said.
Perak Mufti Harussani Zakaria was reported to have agreed with Nooh, saying, although Islam did not forbid its followers from participating in sports or dressing up, it has to be done within the boundaries of Islamic law.
Among the football teams whose crests carry images of the cross are England, Brazil, Portugal, Serbia, Barcelona and Norway, while Manchester United carries the “Red Devil” on its crest.
Malaysia seems to be becoming more like Iran with each passing week.
What next, goons going around spotting 'non-Islamic hair styles' and cutting the hair of transgressors?
BARCELONA
How utterly stupid and pathetic, have the religious authorities nothing better to do than concentrate on such trivia?
How about them getting stuck into reducing the high incidences of rape, incest, drug addition, anti-social behaviour, abandoning of new-born babies etc., all of which are, as is common knowledge and which has been extensively reported in Malaysian news media, more common amongst the Malays, who are Muslims, than among others in Malaysia?
Utterly Pathetic Stupidity!
Has Religion Made Useful Contributions to Civilization?
By Bertrand Russell
My own view on religion is that of Lucretius. I regard it as a disease born of fear and as a source of untold misery to the human race. I cannot, however, deny that it has made some contributions to civilization. It helped in early days to fix the calendar, and it caused Egyptian priests to chronicle eclipses with such care that in time they became able to predict them. These two services I am prepared to acknowledge, but I do not know of any others.

Allah - One God
Source: quran.com,
The ignorant evil ones in Malaysia are showing that they are not true Muslims.
Allah is the One God of the Jews, the Christians and the Muslims, His name is not owned by the Malays or any other race.

POSTCODES, THE GOOD, THE BAD & THE UGLY
CLICK HERE TO READ: Modern postcodes are 50 years old
The postcode should the fundamental, the essential element of a postal address.
It should be a unique, universal identifier, which unambiguously identifies the addressee's exact locality and assists in the transmission and sorting of mail items.
In some countries, like the UK, Germany, Canada, etc. a single postcode identifies just a few addresses, all that is needed on the envelope, as a minimum, is the building number, or name, and the postcode.
Fictitious example of a postcode for the UK:
LL9 6YJ
If only this (28, LL9 6YJ) was on the envelope, the letter would arrive at the correct place.
At present, 117 Universal Postal Union member countries use postcodes as part of their addressing systems, some are good, some are bad and some are downright ugly.
eg.
GOOD POSTCODE SYSTEM
United Kingdom
The estimated population of the UK was 61,383,000 in mid 2008.
The UK has 1.7 million postcodes covering about 28 million addresses.
The Royal Mail on-line postcode checker receives about 4.5 million hits a month
Each UK postcode covers an average of just 15 addresses
The first postal districts were introduced in London in 1857
Even Father Christmas (Santa Claus) has his own UK postcode -
SAN TA1
Everything from insurance premiums, route mapping information, on-line form filling to satellite navigation systems now rely on the UK postcodes.
BAD POSTCODE SYSTEM
Malaysia
Population (Updated 31 July 2009)
|
Malaysia has just a few thousand postcodes, see below, covering about 13 million addresses
Each postcode covers an estimated average of say 180,000 addresses
The system was supposed to be improved, but like most things in Malaysia, there has been no action talk only!
No one in Malaysia relies on the postcode as it is virtually useless.
The country is just playing lip-service by having a postcode, such superficial and misleading actions have sadly become the hallmark of Malaysia.

THE UGLY TRUTH
A typical address in Malaysia can be very very long, and many roads use numbers instead of names!!
The pathetic Malaysian postcode is no help to locate an address should the numbers in the body of the address be illegible or wrongly written
Long Suffering Soul
Apartment 027-145
348B Jalan SS3B/87D
47800 Petaling Jaya
or even worse, often the address can be even longer and more convoluted!
So write very carefully folks, otherwise your mail will never be delivered.
Bona fortuna!
Good luck!

MALAYSIA'S BEERY BULLSHIT BAFFLES BRAINS

Maybe they though that GUINNESS is a acronym for:
Guru Ugama Islam Negera Negara Europa Semua Setuju?
In English: [European Islamic teachers all support it]
Also they may have thought that the Irish green will be confusing as the colour favoured by Islam is green.
Ignorant, idiotic imbeciles!

FEAR OF BEER IN MALAYSIA - NOW!!

Religious Enforcement to be carried out by Mosque Officials in Selangor, Malaysia.
In Selangor mosque officers can now arrest Muslims drinking in public, and for many other reasons too.
Read all the crap HERE, HERE, HERE
& click HERE for a rational and common sense account from the Malay Mail
Selangor mosque officers - imam, nazir, bilal and siak - are now empowered to arrest Muslims drinking alcohol in public places and they could also arrest Muslims selling and storing alcohol beverages, Selangor executive councillor for religious matters Hassan Ali, said.
The officers were also empowered to arrest Muslims who commit offences 'deemed disrespectful in the month of Ramadan'.
What is happening in Malaysia?
Is Malaysia heading towards becoming a clone of the Islamic Republic of Iran?
Going by recent events perhaps it soon will be.
What is next, amputation of limbs for theft, stoning to death, public beheading; the mind boggles.
STUPID, BLOODY STUPID, UTTERLY BLOODY STUPID!!
Selangor has an opposition, not a Barisan Nasional (BN), state government, this move is surely a feather in BN's cap, Pakatan Rakyat (PR) the opposition alliance seems to have shot itself in the foot, what is next political suicide ?

UTM Student Dies Alone After Giving Birth on Campus
How Shameful for UTM and for Malaysia
UTM = Uncaring Temperamental Masquerading ?
A woman who was found dead and decomposing together with her new born baby boy with his umbilical card still intact in a room of a University Teknologi Malaysia's (UTM) Skudai, Johor Bahru, hostel was, according to UTM's corporate affairs department assistant registrar (media and external relations) Sabri Ahmad, a university drop out, Sabri reportedly stated that the 26-year old woman had failed her first semester examination in her fourth year in November 2008.
Oh, so all is well then, UTM washes hands and evades any responsibility!
"She had been renting a room at the dormitory since 11 May 2009, and was from the Science faculty," he said.
Evidently outsiders were allowed to rent rooms at the university on a case-by-case basis.
This is a very peculiar situation, is this really true? New students are even currently unable to get proper on-campus accommodation.
IT SOUNDS AND SMELLS LIKE UTM BULLSHIT TO ME
Meanwhile, the head of Johor Baru (North) police A C Ruslan Hassan was reported as saying that the police had taken the baby's DNA samples to locate the father and stated that the unmarried? woman, who was from Kelantan was believed to have died from excessive blood loss whilst in labour and giving birth.
May the mother and her child find rest in heavenly peace.

Nonsensical, Egoistical, Righteous, Demented, Sanctimonious Authorities in Malaysia
Firstly: Malaysia Immigration Department denies detaining N.E.R.D
The Malaysian Immigration Department has denied detaining members of American hip hop group N.E.R.D after the Sunburst concert at Bukit Kiara in Kuala Lumpur on 22nd March 2009.
"Following investigations, we found that the group did not receive permission from the Unity, Culture, Arts and Heritage Ministry to perform at the concert," Immigration Director-General Mahmood Adam reportedly said here today:
"After their statements were recorded, they were released with assurance from the concert organiser."
He added that the immigration would summon the organiser tomorrow for questioning while the group had flown to Indonesia.
Secondly: N.E.R.D cancel their concert in Jakarta Indonesian
In Jakarta, the American hip-hop group N.E.R.D. decided to cancel its weekend show in Indonesia after the authorities in neighbouring Malaysia briefly the detained members of the group, the event's organiser said on Monday 23rd March 2009.
The trio had been scheduled to perform on Sunday 22nd March 2009 in Indonesia, which is the the world's most populous Muslim nation.
Nirmala, a spokesman for the Jakarta event, said N.E.R.D decided to go straight home after experiencing problems following the Sunburst KL International Music Festival in Malaysia, hours earlier.
The group were briefly detained in Malaysia, aparently for failing to get a permit from the Malaysian Arts, Culture and Heritage Ministry, [which has strict requirements about clothing and behaviour on stage], something that in fact turned out to be the concert promoter's fault.
The earlier incident in Malaysia clearly made the artists nervous about continuing their tour.
The sanctimonious, narrow minded, shallow and blinkered authorities in Malaysia have once again excelled themselves.
What a bunch of Nonsensical, Egoistical, Righteous, Demented, Sanctimonious Authorities there evidently are in Malaysia!!!

Road Safety- Foolishly Flawed Logic
First the Factual Fairy Tale Fantasy!
A Fine Sale!
Malaysian Police to halve compounded fines for traffic summonses
Effective 1st July 2008, the Malaysian police will give a 50% discount on the compounded fines for traffic summonses, except those for serious offences, said Federal Police traffic chief Senior Asst Comm II Datuk Hamza Taib,
Evidently, this discount is applicable for those who receive a summons on-the-spot and pay the compounded fine before or on the last day of the 30-day deadline.
“Offenders who have yet to pay their summons and have not received letters summoning them to court are eligible for a 30% discount".
“Those who have received the court summons are not eligible for any discount,” he told reporters Monday at the Traffic Police Headquarters, at Bukit Aman, Kuala Lumpur.
Traffic offenders receiving their summons via the post will be eligible for a 30% discount regardless of when the summons was issued.
He said the discount offer was ongoing and no deadline had been set.
When he was asked if the discounts would encourage motorists to flout traffic laws, he said 'the police were confident the gesture would spur them to learn from their mistakes and not repeat them.'
“Even before this, the rich might not think much of paying a RM300 fine. Our focus is to try and ease the burden on the lower- and middle-class group,” he said.
He added that about 12,000 traffic summonses for various offences were issued every day nationwide.
What a ill-conceived crazy idea, this will certainly not help to improve road safety, in fact it may even encourage more speeding, recklessness and dangerous driving!!!!!!!
Meanwhile, back in the real world………..the carnage continues:
Man killed when articulated lorry hits 14 vehicles, leaving trail of death, injury and destruction, in the 13:45 incident on Monday 30th June 2008, all hell broke loose when an 18-wheel loaded articulated lorry heading towards Puchong Jaya from Kinrara was said to have been speeding and lthen the driver ost control and rammed into a traffic light before ploughing into seven cars, two lorries and five motorcycles.
The lorry driver is believed to have jumped a red traffic light signal at speed, losing control of the heavy lorry as he swerved to avoid a traffic island ahead of the traffic lights.
The lorry then smashed into an oncoming car driven by
The car was crushed as it went under the lorry, killing Nyu instantly, and was then dragged along by the lorry for about 50 metres.
A police spokesman said it took fire and rescue department personnel 30 minutes to extricate the deceased from the wreckage.
“There were about 20 vehicles waiting at the traffic light when we were hit by the trailer,” an eyewitness was reported as saying.
A driver said he heard a loud crash and felt a strong impact, before his car was flung forward.
The accident caused several cars and motorcycles to be crushed and dragged along by the lorry.
Some news reports said that the four persons who were seriously injured were motorcyclists, others said two were from motor cars, and two were motor cyclists.
The Driver of 18-wheel Articulated Lorry who caused a 14 vehicle crash to be Charged.
The police are going to charge the lorry driver, who smashed into 14 vehicles and killed one person, with causing death by reckless driving.
Selangor traffic police chief Supt Che Hussin Omar said the 64-year-old driver is currently being treated in the
"Based on witness accounts, the driver was speeding before smashing into the vehicles at the junction.”
He would be investigated under Section 41 of the Road Transport Act, 1987, for causing death by reckless or dangerous driving.
Police Supt. Che Hussin said the four patients currently were being treated at the
Meanwhile, the Carnage Continues Unabated
The carnage on the roads and highways of
The Solutions are Simple, but, when will the authorities act?
Have efficient training and strict driving tests for all motorists, and special comprehensive courses and strict driving tests for the issuance of Commercial Driving Licences, Heavy Goods Vehicle licenses and Public Service Vehicle Licenses for buses and coaches, which should only be issued to those with adequate experience, good health and a clean motorcar driving license
The current methods of training are too superficial and and the various stages of all driving tests are far too easy to pass.
Eradicate bribery and corruption.
Implement strict zero tolerance enforcement, without fear or favour around the clock, seven days a week, 52 weeks of the year.
Fit all buses with on-board tachometers, in which are place driver-specific recording tachograph charts, which continuously record speeds, stopping times, etc.
There has been a recent announcement that it will be compulsory at the end of 2008, for all buses to be fitted with GPS devices, which will send signals to the respective bus company regarding the bus's whereabouts, speed, etc., this to me is a pie-in-the sky idea, which is doomed to failure.
Can you remember that the KLIA Taxis (Limos) had these initially, but soon they became defunct!!!! Now they cannot be seen at all.
The same thing happened for the amber speed indicating lights which indicated speeding (over 90 km/h) of small commercial vehicles!
Unless and until positive and sensible things are implemented nothing will ever change!
The Carnage will Continue on the Roads and Highways of Malaysia.
Bullshit doesn't baffle anyone in Malaysia any more!
