Having read it myself, I conclude that the most salient part is contained in the letter, dated 3 February 2009, from Pricewaterhouse Coopers to The Chairman and General Manager of Port Klang Authority.

I notice that it in effect says:

some portions of the report which may, it seems, be subject to the restrictions the Malaysian Official Secrets Act (OSA) 1972, have been removed pending declassification by relevant authorities

So it is apparently not the full report that is available for viewing on-line, but a censored version.

Well folks that perhaps means that a shit-load lot of incriminating stuff will never ever see the light of day, because it is common knowledge, that anything and everything can be classified as an 'official secret' in Malaysia.

Hope up the corner of the carpet, another load of incriminating stuff may ready to be swept under it!!

But I hope that for once there can be 100% transparency.

The Star was therefoe rather misleading when it reported, on 28 May 2009, that the full report was available on line- click HERE that:

"The Port Klang Authority (PKA) has released the full audit report by PricewaterhouseCoopers Advisory Services Sdn Bhd (PwC) on the Port Klang Free Zone (PKFZ) project, which would be available at the PKA website (click here for the full report) for public viewing for two weeks until June 10."

When, in fact, it is only part of the report (without parts which may be subject to the OSA) minus the Appendices.
